How long does it take to process my order?
 Custom lash strips have a processing time of 3-5 days. After this, all UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, so you can expect your lashes within 2 days after receiving your shipping confirmation.

📍 Shipping Estimates:

  •  UK: Tracked 24 (1-2 days after shipping)
  • Rest of Europe: 8 days after shipping
  •  USA, Canada & Australia: 10 days after shipping

What shipping carrier do you use?
🚚 All orders are shipped exclusively with Royal Mail for reliable and fast delivery!

Do you offer local pickup?
📍 Yes! Studio pickup is available in Wallington (SM6), but it is NOT an option at checkout. To arrange a pickup, please DM me on Instagram @saintminksco before placing your order.

How can I track my order?
📩 Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your lashes every step of the way!

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order is delayed, please check your tracking email. If you need further assistance, contact us via Instagram DMs or our enquiry form on the website.

Of course, babe! 💖 We specialize in custom-made lash strips tailored just for you. 

What materials are your lashes made from?
Our lashes are crafted from premium synthetic/silk/mink fibers for a flawless, lightweight look.

How long do custom lash strips last?🕰
It depends on how often you wear them! With the right upkeep:

  •  Everyday wear: 2-3 months 
  • Occasional wear: Even longer!

To make them last, store them properly and clean them after each use.

Absolutely! Our lash tools are high-quality and perfect for both beginner and experienced lash technicians.

❌ Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
🚨 We do NOT accept returns on handmade items, including custom lash strips. Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Please double-check your order before purchasing.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 3 days with clear photos, and we’ll assist you ASAP! 💕
